  - Issues with being able to use 'transparent' in
    ggplot2::scale_fill_gradient broke plotFoldEnrichment() function.
    This bug has been fixed in devel version on github. Gradient in
    plotFoldEnrichment() now transitions from red/blue to 'white'.
